"Happy with my first watch purchase!"
Since it was my first experience buying a watch, I had my doubts about shopping for one online. However, the Newhall site turned out to be fantastic and super welcoming for newbies like me. I snagged an Armani AX during a sale on Newhall, and it arrived nicely packaged in a lovely display/storage box. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

"Decent experience, but lacking"
Overall, it was alright, but they forgot to send a paper invoice that had all the info about the watch. This made signing up for the warranty a bit of a hassle since I had to dig around online to figure out what details I needed from the watch and other stuff to complete the online warranty application.

"Decent price, but slow shipping"
The price was solid, but the delivery and updates could use some work. Royal Mail's 24-hour service ended up taking 10 days, and I had to reach out to Newhall for any info. I doubt Royal Mail was at fault since the package was marked as 'Item dispatched by sender,' yet it took 8 days to arrive at their depot. Could just be a fluke or maybe they were out of stock, who can say?
